The process of producing a cut item involves creating a computer-generated drawing (CAD file). All jobs require this drawing, which can be produced by us in house or supplied by the client in the format of a DXF file. We also can produce a drawing file by digitising an already produced solid object, template or tracing. Once this drawing has been finalised, it is converted into machine code and the machine can be programmed to produce the finished item.
