Jocelyn is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist who has a Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics. Jocelyn has over ten years of experience in both clinical and private practice sectors of dietetics, including individual patient counselling and hospital consultation.
She provides her expertise in a variety of nutrition-related areas with a special interest in nutrition management for irritable bowel syndrome, gut health and bariatric surgery.
Jocelyn understands that we not only eat for enjoyment and often convenience but also for social and emotional reasons. She believes the key to being healthy and feeling good about ourselves is eating mindfully and having a positive relationship with food, as she strongly believes food should be enjoyed.
Jocelyn is an enthusiastic, passionate and a dedicated health professional. She is eager to provide personalised, easy to understand advice to specifically suit your lifestyle and dietary needs to achieve optimal results.
Jocelyn loves to cook and enjoys making food social (yes including a glass of wine and chocolate). She also loves getting outdoors to spend time with family and friends.
Marnie is highly qualified Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitians Association is Australia )and mother to two busy boys! Marnie has multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition, Deakin University) has been working for over 10 years, across many areas of practice, including, private practice, corporate nutrition, clinical hospital settings, as well as community nutrition.
Marnie enjoys motivating her clients to achieving their personal goals and empowering them toward positive lifestyle changes
She also believes in a mindful approach to eating, rather than eliminating, denying or depriving yourself of foods you enjoy.
Some of her specialist interest areas include, weight management (Bariatric surgery and General), Gut-health, psychology of eating (disordered eating patterns, aspects Health at every size/ Mindfulness practices),
PCOS/womens health, gastrointestinal disorders (FODMAPS, IBS), as well as complex clinical and metabolic conditions.

Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is committed to offering individualised nutrition plans to creative positive health and wellbeing outcomes.
Emily enjoys all aspects of nutrition, with a particular interest in bariatric surgery, weight loss, metabolic syndrome and mental health. She practices dietetics in both private practice and hospital sectors, across a range of age groups.
Emily understands that to develop a positive relationship with food, the key is to eat with awareness rather than restriction. Her nutrition philosophy centres on balance, variety and whole foods. By this approach she works alongside her clients, providing easy to understand nutrition advice to enable individuals to make life long, sustainable changes that achieve results, and most importantly can be enjoyed.
Outside of her work, Emily enjoys being active and participating in team sports.
She loves all things food related including cooking, eating out and going to farmers markets.
