Our Philosophy

We know you are busy and life is hectic. Our aim to make it easier for you to eat well and feel great.

Do you get irritated by all the nonsense and confusion that surrounds food, eating and diets these days? I know we do. Ridiculous fads that promise fast weight loss and suck you in. Whilst at the same time damaging your relationship with food and making you feel deprived.

At SSFM, we are committed to helping people make healthy food choices and live healthier lives. We do not promote fad diets, deprivation, weight loss pills, or other products related to unhealthy and unrealistic approaches to diet and health. We offer practical and easy to follow nutrition advice based on healthy, everyday foods.

2. Positive relationship with food

We believe that food should be enjoyed and that living a healthy life involves mindful eating and a positive relationship with food. We enjoy food without guilt, including the occasional wine, cheese, and chocolate and want to help you work toward doing this too! This approach offers our clients an alternative to the traditional diet approach and helps them break free of unhealthy dieting behaviors and attitudes
